Tiernan Hanby
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Tiernan is an award-winning film producer who has worked in both UK film production and high-end advertising production. He has overseen operational spending for several feature films, managing talent, development, and overall financial planning.
His film work includes: Hurricane (2018, Line Producer), The Courier (2019, Line Producer). Rise of the Footsoldier 3-5 (2017 - 2021, Producer), Summit Fever (2022, Producer). and The Karman Line (2014, Producer, BAFTA Nominated short film).
As an advertising producer, he has worked with premium clients - both direct to client and via an agency-led approach.
His specific operational oversight covers budgeting and planning, full staffing, operational and spend control, and creative consultation through to product delivery and evaluation. Clients have included: Mulberry, HSBC, Fiat, Samsung, Ryanair, and River Island.

Evelyn Xing
TALENT DEVELOPMENT
Evelyn has much experience in film production including script development and edit feedback.
Through working alongside talents, many in the first one to five years of their feature film careers, she has gained valuable insights into how changes could be made to the current talent management landscape, so that a talent agency could be of better service to talents both above and below the line.
Evelyn heads Talent Development at Carnaby Talent, and enjoys working alongside talents to help them step up to the next stage of their careers.

Andrew Loveday
Andrew Loveday has been involved in the production of over thirty films in a more than twenty year career in the British film industry, including the popular British crime film franchise Rise of The Footsoldier which has spanned 6 installments to date, as well as the mountaineering thriller Summit Fever (2022).
Throughout his career, he has worked with many young talents during the early stages of their careers, and was an executive producer on the film Spivs (2004) which saw Rita Ora cast in her first feature film role. Other films on which he has been an executive producer have starred actors including John Hurt, Lawrence Fox, Rafe Spall and Alexander Skarsgård.

Colin Vaines
Colin Vaines has been involved in the production of some of the most iconic films over the past several decades. He began his career with the trade paper Screen International, which he went on to edit, before joining the UK’s National Film Development Fund and acting as a consultant to parent body British Screen Finance.
His credits include The Unforgivable (2021) starring Sandra Bullock, Film Stars Don’t Die in Liverpool (2017), Gangs of New York (2002), Coriolanus (2011), The Young Victoria (2009), and The Rum Diary (2011).

Andrew Southern
Andrew Southern is an entrepreneur and chairman of real-estate developer Southern Grove.
He has also served as an executive producer on a number of films including; Rise of the Footsoldier: Vengeance (2023), Summit Fever (2022), Rise Of The Footsoldier: Origins (2021) and Diego Maradona (2019).
Andrew is passionate about the British film industry and keen to help new talent to gain vital early-career opportunities and credits.
